Take what you take, give what you give – as long as it’s real.

The idea that females can rule in society and especially the economic and management society is becoming increasingly more popular – controversial at most; though as long is it is being spoken about, they are in fact, ruling in society. Being spoken about – whether in a negative or positive aspect – is to be mentioned, but regardless, society is making a positive change in the world. Just as Sophia Amarusso has stated; “It’s not shallow to put effort into how you look. I’m telling you that you don’t have to choose between smart and sexy, you can have both. You are both.” (Amarusso, S. Girl Boss. May 6 2014)

These positive attitudes toward women becoming a main contributor to rules and management in society definitely suggests that an ideal change is and will continue to occur, and positive affirmations and acknowledgements are being made by women (and men), to women around the globe every single day. Books such as Not That Kind Of Girl (Lena Dunham, 2014), and Girl Boss (Sophia Amarusso, 2014) are few of many examples of women positively encouraging other women to excel in whatever they pursue. The book written by Nasty Gal CEO has been described as being, “Totally inspiring, ballsy, and gritty.” Which is exactly as it should be. (themessyheads, 2014)
